SmartOttica delivers via express courier. The cost of transport varies depending on the destination country. The contribution expenses for the transportation apply just one time, in a single order, regardless of the number of products ordered.

SmartOttica delivers via international couriers like UPS or TNT. At the time in which the order leaves our warehouse, the courier takes responsibility for the delivery. From the day of delivery it usually takes 48/72 hours (working days) to European destinations and 48/96 (working days) for all other destinations.

At the moment of delivery, you will receive an email containing the delivery number, to be inserted in the courier website, in order to track the delivery.

It should be noted that no courier will make advance calls and will not carry out deliveries on individually requested timetables. The delivery of the products will take place during working days from 9.00pm to 18.00pm (CEST). The person receiving the package is invited to check and ensure the integrity of the package at the moment of delivery in front of the courier responsible for the delivery.

No courier will check the content of the package before its delivery has been signed for. In the case that it is not you that receives the package directly, we ask you to inform whoever it may be that does. We thank you for your cooperation.

With aim of completing a fast and safe delivery, at time of purchase it is necessary to indicate the destination address as precisely as possible. Smart Office is not responsible for delays or missing deliveries caused by addresses that are incomplete or not adequately provided at time of order. In all cases Smartoffice is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the postal service. Delays will not give any right to the purchaser to request damages of any kind.


SmartOttica also deliver to outside of the European Union.

The amount relative to products purchased by non-EU residents, on the site, and related domains is considered non-taxable VAT EX ART. 8 co. 1 lett. a) DPR 633/72.

Smartottica will not reimburse any sum paid by the purchaser relating to value added tax calculated on the value of transaction, even if applied in accordance with current rates.
